Görkem Yeltan (1977 - )
Görkem Yeltan was born in Aydın in 1977. He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, State Conservatory, Department of Theatre. He started his acting career at Ali Poyraoğlu Theater while he was at university. Yeltan, who worked in different theaters for many years, also took part in TV series and movies. Yeltan, who works as a writer, wrote the fairy tale books "Red's Diary" (2003) and "Treasure Garden" (2006). In 2008, she won the "Best Actress" award at the 16th Adana Golden Boll Film Festival and the "Best Screenplay" award at the 28th Istanbul Film Festival with the movie "Uzak İhtimal". In 2015, he shot his first feature film, "We were eating and I decided". Arzu Okay played the leading role in the movie. He sat in the director's chair for the second time with the movie "Bağcık", which was released in 2019. "Bağcık" won the "Special Jury Award" at the Cinema d'IDEA Women's Film Festival.
