Çiğdem Sezgin (1972 -    )

Born in Istanbul in 1972, Çiğdem Sezgin graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts. He worked as executive producer, assistant director and executive producer in the television industry. He shot "Kasap Havası", the first movie of the series he called the Marriage Trilogy, in 2015. "Suna", the second movie of the series, was released in 2022. Sezgin directed, wrote and produced both films. The last film of the series called "A March Day", which is in the script stage, will tell the story of a middle-aged couple who left Istanbul and settled in Urfa.
